Can you save pancakes overnight?

Pancakes that are stored while still hot will produce condensation and become soggy. Pancakes can be packed in an airtight container or wrapped in foil and simply placed in the refrigerator. For a week, pancakes are stored well in the refrigerator. Pancakes that are left over in big quantities can be frozen.

Can you cook pancakes on stainless steel?

Yes, a stainless steel pan can be used to make pancakes. It all boils down to the fact that, at a certain temperature, stainless steel cookware eventually loses its stickiness.
