Coffee Milkshake (With Ice Cream)
Equipment
- Blender or Nutribullet
- Small bowl
- Ice cream scoop
Ingredients
- 200 ml One and a half mug Espresso.
- 2 tablespoons 30ml instant coffee powder or 3 tablespoons (45ml) brewed strong black coffee.
- 20 ml lightly hot water.
- 20 grams of sugar optional.
- 500 ml Quality milk.
- 30 grams 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream in the coffee glass or +2 scoops for topping the coffee
Instructions
- Take all coffee mixtures and transfer them into a blender jar.
- Add some sugar. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
- Blend for about a minute or until the coffee solution becomes frothy and slightly lightens in color.
- Add some drinking chocolate to the remaining cold coffee, then blitz for 50 to one mint seconds.
- Add as much vanilla ice cream as desired, then pour in good quality cold milk. Blend again until everything is thoroughly mixed and you achieve a frothy top.
- Begin by scooping one or two scoops of ice cream into the glass you’re going to use.
- Next, pour the milkshake into the glass, leaving space at the top for the ice cream scoop.
- After that, enjoy sipping on this refreshing coffee milkshake to cool off and delight in the summer vibes.
