Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml One and a half mug Espresso.
  • 2 tablespoons 30ml instant coffee powder or 3 tablespoons (45ml) brewed strong black coffee.
  • 20 ml lightly hot water.
  • 20 grams of sugar optional.
  • 500 ml Quality milk.
  • 30 grams 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream in the coffee glass or +2 scoops for topping the coffee

Instructions
 

  • Take all coffee mixtures and transfer them into a blender jar.
  • Add some sugar. Adjust the amount according to your taste preferences.
  • Blend for about a minute or until the coffee solution becomes frothy and slightly lightens in color.
  • Add some drinking chocolate to the remaining cold coffee, then blitz for 50 to one mint seconds.
  • Add as much vanilla ice cream as desired, then pour in good quality cold milk. Blend again until everything is thoroughly mixed and you achieve a frothy top.
  • Begin by scooping one or two scoops of ice cream into the glass you’re going to use.
  • Next, pour the milkshake into the glass, leaving space at the top for the ice cream scoop.
