Ingredients
  

  • 180 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 38 grams of baking powder
  • 5 grams salt
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 310 ml milk
  • 1 to 2 egg beaten
  • 30 grams butter melted
  • 13 grams vanilla
  • 200 grams of chocolate chips in any flavor

  • Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. mix until properly mixed.
  • Add milk, egg, butter, and vanilla to another bowl. Whisk and mix completely.
  • After that pure dry ingredients into wet ingredients and again mix.

  • Firstly dry ingredients are mixed in one bowl and the wet ingredients are mixed in another bowl then mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients and again mix. We do not over-mix the mixture.
  • After mixing dry and wet ingredients keep it for 5 minutes for better results and make it more fluffy.
  • You can use any type or flavor of chocolate you have.
  • Instead of putting butter into the pan, we prefer to use non-stick cooking spray because I think it cooks food more evenly.
  • Although it doesn’t happen to us, if you do have problems with chocolate chips sinking in the batter, simply toss them in some flour before folding them in.
