Ingredients
  

  • 180 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 38 grams of baking powder
  • 5 grams salt
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 310 ml milk
  • 1 to 2 egg beaten
  • 30 grams butter melted
  • 13 grams vanilla
  • 200 grams of blueberries

  • Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a bowl. mix until properly mixed.
  • Add milk, egg, butter, and vanilla to another bowl. Whisk and mix completely.
  • After that pure dry ingredients into wet ingredients and again mix.
  • Allow the batter a five-minute rest.
  • Heat your non-stick stone on a normal and then spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Pour the batter onto the pen with any vessel, then spread in the pen and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Cook every side of the pancakes for about 2 to 3 minutes or when you see the underside is golden.
  • After that change the other side of the pancakes and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes place on a plate and keep it for 5 minutes for cooling.

  • After mixing all the ingredients keep for 5 minutes this will give you more time and give you the best results.
  • Don’t over-mix your batter, just mix until properly. If you over-mix your batter then the result is not better for your blueberry pancakes.
  • Instead of putting butter into the pan, we prefer to use non-stick cooking spray because I think it cooks food more evenly.
  • Make sure your pan is always preheated. You can check if it is ready by adding a small amount of water and letting it sizzle.
