Ingredients
  

  • 407 grams of almond flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 14 grams of maple syrup
  • 7 grams vanilla extract
  • 3 to 4 eggs
  • 97 grams of unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add almond flour and salt and mix in a mixing bowl.
  • After that add the other ingredients, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, then add milk and eggs and mix until mixed properly.
  • After mixing all the ingredients keep it for 5 minutes so that the paste is thick, and add some milk.
  • Now take a pan and add oil place it on medium heat. Then add 48 grams of protein to the pancakes for batter and cover it immediately. Put a paste in the pan and cook the pancake for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip the side and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Repeat the process until all the pancakes are ready then use to serve. ENJOY!
